Prestigious Villas, masterpieces of luxury bioarchitecture

All the Villas at Is Molas Resort have been designed in accordance with green building standards and built using natural and mainly local materials.

Tadelakt, a semi-glossy lime-based plaster finished with river pebbles and treated with black soap, was used for the interior walls of all the properties for sale in Is Molas.
The living spaces are air-conditioned by underfloor radiant panels and wall dehumidifiers to ensure comfort in both summer and winter, so that these "inhabitable sculptures" can be lived in all year round.

The external masonry is made of Poroton® blocks, the thermo-material composed of baked clay and Diathonite, an eco-friendly thermal plaster composed of natural hydraulic lime, cork, clay and diatomaceous earth powders. The exteriors of these prestigious villas with swimming pool feature local Sardinian stone, combined with colours and materials that blend in well with the surrounding nature.
The optional home automation system also allows for the remote adjustment and management of the villa's general settings, electrical system, air conditioning and water distribution.

Doriana Fuksas, architect and art historian, has been collecting furniture, textiles, carpets and objects during her travels for years: "I buy them because I find them original and interesting, without knowing where to put them", she says. "There is an intrinsic beauty in things, a charm that you must be able to grasp, without letting yourself be influenced by fashions".

This experience mixed with a unique taste for "refined simplicity" has led to the creation of a line of furniture dedicated to the Inhabitable Sculptures of Is Molas. Straight lines alternating with curved shapes recall the architecture of the new villas in this corner of South Sardinia. Research and careful choice of materials, leather and fabrics in combinations that are never mundane. All made by famous brands such as Slamp, Moroso and Venini who contribute to making these properties for sale even more precious and exclusive.
